Professionalism is our Priority
Family-Owned & Operated Since 2012
Our Story
In 2012, the journey began when Clay Lusk, a man with an unwavering enthusiasm for heavy equipment and logistics, decided to turn his dreams into reality. Clay's initial experience involved long-haul trucking, but he yearned for something more, something that would allow him to make a significant impact in the transportation industry. Curiosity led Clay to explore the realm of small package courier services, prompting him to join a local courier company to test the waters. While he found the work fulfilling, his entrepreneurial spirit pushed him to envision a venture of his own.
Clay's youth played a role in this decision, but he wasn't alone in this ambitious pursuit. His mother, Kelly Lusk, brought with her a rich background in the medical field, a wealth of business experience, and a history of successful entrepreneurship, having owned two brick distributorship locations with her husband.
The Beginning
With their combined skills and a shared vision, Clay and Kelly joined forces, setting the stage for the birth of Eagle Express in July 2012. To ensure they hit the ground running, they enlisted the expertise of a 30-year veteran in the transportation and courier industry.
Eagle Express quickly found its niche, driven by Kelly's passion for aiding medically challenged individuals. As a result, the company swiftly rose to prominence as one of the leading medical courier firms in South Carolina, with an impressive 95% of our services dedicated to the healthcare sector.
The Pursuit
What started as a small enterprise has experienced remarkable growth, expanding to include locations in Easley, Columbia, and Charlotte. Our reach now extends across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. At Eagle Express, we proudly hold the designation of a Woman Owned Business, with Kelly as the majority shareholder. This journey has been one of dedication, growth, and unwavering commitment to providing top-notch courier services, especially in the critical field of healthcare.
